UK domestic shipping
Your beautiful jewellery will be posted within two working days via Royal Mail Special Delivery insured to the value of the order.
International shipping
Your beautiful jewellery will be posted within 2 working days via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, insured to the value of the order. Please note that now the UK has left the EU, customs duties may be payable to your local government prior to receipt of your jewellery. Please check with your local customs office for more details about any additional charges you may incur.
Returns
How to Return
Returns can be made for any reason, with shipping at the cost of the purchaser (unless faulty in which case we will arrange reimbursement of shipping costs with you directly).
They should be sent via tracked and signed for methods insured to the value of the order. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to the returned parcels however and you would need to seek reimbursement from the courier in the event of loss or damage. Items should arrive back with Sue in the condition they were sent.
28 Days to Return
Please return your items within 28 days of purchase for a replacement or full refund.
We do not accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
